The Library Informatics minor teaches students skills and concepts to find, organize, analyze, and manage information. The minor develops responsible information consumers, disseminators, and creators who can effectively navigate the ever growing and increasingly complex information landscape. The curriculum includes courses on searching interfaces, information storage and retrieval, ethics, trends in information science, and information literacy.
