Rice Basket
This rice basket was produced by the Igorot people. The basket is dark brown in color with some lighter sections at the base. The basket appears to be made of woven rattan. It has vertical strips that are woven together to form the basic shape. The basket also incorporates a horizontal weaving pattern for the overall form. Two small loops of the same material are woven onto the basket possibly used to attach straps for easy carrying. Basket lacks a top.
